Liposuction by body area

Each area — arms, back, flanks, abdomen, thighs, gynecomastia — has distinct fat, skin elasticity and line goals. Royal Line designs area by area, checking the fat and skin condition of each region.
The aim of liposuction is not "removing a lot" but refining the line of an area naturally. Because fat thickness, elasticity and movement differ, each area is approached differently. This guide summarises the character of the main areas.
Why areas differ
Where skin is thin and movement frequent (like the arms), surface evenness and elasticity matter most; where lines connect (like abdomen and flanks), the continuity of the whole silhouette matters. The layer, amount and direction of suction are designed for each area.
Character by area
| Area | Character & note |
|---|---|
| Arms | Thin skin, frequent movement — surface evenness and elasticity matter |
| Flanks / back | Connect to the waist line — designed with the abdomen |
| Abdomen | Layered approach; upper, lower and side balance |
| Thighs | Inner, outer, front-back line flow — line over maximum removal |
| Gynecomastia | Fatty vs glandular type must be distinguished first |
Even with the same amount removed, the area and line design change the result. So "how it is designed for the area" matters more than "which area, how much".
Areas worth designing together
- Abdomen + flanks: the waist line connects for a natural silhouette
- Inner + outer thigh: the leg line flow is considered together
- Arms + armpit / bra line: the upper-body line is connected
Because combined areas raise the total volume, the range is planned within safe limits.
The Royal Line approach & references
Royal Line designs the abdomen, thighs, arms and other areas region by region, using the three-step Lot Liposuction® method. The ASPS and Mayo Clinic both explain that liposuction refines contour rather than reducing weight, and that results depend on area and skin condition — best confirmed in consultation.
